His secret recipe, cooked with a smile and a splash of Ginebra San Miguel, a Filipino-made gin, earned him the nickname “The Drunken Cook Master.” Today, Kalye Filipino continues his journey, bringing our family’s treasured flavors to the Shoalhaven Region community.
